The Bulgarian-Vietnamese Friendship Association in Ho Chi Minh City was established on September 20th, 2014. The Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Mr. Evgueni Stoytchev attended the first congress of the Association.
