The Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Republic of Philippines Mr. Evgueni Stoychev and the Head of Commercial and Economic Office in Ho Chi Minh City Mr. Oleg Marinov have met the Secretary of the Asian Development Bank Mr. Woo Chong Um on June, 10th, 2015 in the capital city of the Philippines Manila. They have discussed the possibilities for funding from the Bank for Bulgarian projects in Southeast Asia.
